This programming workshop is designed for the absolute beginner. Participants will learn the fundamentals of Java programming language syntax that can be used for various applications. The syntax will cover declaring and using variables to create and use classes and objects. Several of the Java programming syntax learned will be demonstrated on a ROMI robot. Understanding how Java programming language is applied to a ROMI robot will give participants a leg up when programming an FRC robot that uses the same set of libraries (WPILib) as the ROMI robot.

The kit includes all of the 3D files for ten robots, 这样你就可以3D打印零件了, 制作一个不同的机器人, or start learning 3D modeling so you can continue to grow as a robot builder. Join a combat robot competitor and a Witch Doctor team member as they guide you through the build of your robot. Then, test your skills on the field against other robots!
